After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email let you know your item was shipping. (Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated)
On the day of shipping the parcel, we will send written notification by email with the tracking number from the carrier.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 10AM- 5PM EST.
Any orders placed after 5PM EST, or on Saturday, Sunday, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We use USPS & UPS for Domestic Shipping to the US. All orders qualify for free shipping. This excludes the purchase of live reptiles.
We also offer international shipping to Canada, and other countries. To see if your country qualifies, fill out your full address at checkout.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer any free shipping options with international shipping. The shipping rates vary based on each product and the rates will be applied at checkout.
Shipping Live Reptiles
We can ship live reptiles domestically to any of the 48 contiguous states. We ship all of our reptiles priority overnight and we guarantee on-time arrival and provide live arrival insurance for each shipment.
Live arrival shipments depend on the weather. If the weather is too cold we will have to postpone any shipments until warmer weather.

Shipping costs vary from $40-$70.

Currently all of our products are made to order. Meaning once you order the product is when we manufacture and ship the product. Unfortunately, that means each product will vary with shipping times, some will arrive to your door in 3-8 days.
Each product listing will have the estimated shipping times so you can know when to expect your product.
Your support and purchases help us grow. Our goal is to where we can have all of our product inventory in-house, and get the products to you much faster.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy-return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid.

Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that our return policy does not include snake bedding, live reptiles, food bowls, water bowls, used enclosure decor such as reptile hammock and vines. (This policy is in place to protect our reptiles)

Easy Return and Exchange Process:
1. Email customer care at email@example.com. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
2. Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.
3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
